1. ICLR
The Law Reports, as published by the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales, offer a full archive of reports from all divisions since 1865
- Includes reports from the Supreme Court (House of Lords) and Privy Council, the Court of Appeal, Chancery Division, Family Division, Queen’s Bench Division, the EAT and the ECJ.
- All reports are written by barristers or solicitors who are in court for the hearing and the handing down of judgment. The reports are then approved by the judges concerned before being published.
- The Law Reports include arguments of counsel to provide truly comprehensive coverage.
- Many judgements include a ‘Digest’, a summary of the case written by our conveyancers, experienced barristers and solicitors who identify important points of law and practice
